“Really rustic and quaint. Excellent food and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Great as a stop over, driving from Santander to Murcia or vice versa. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Beautiful, real Spain! I arrived late at night to a hotel in the middle of nowhere to a very warm welcome. Although the decor of the bedroom needed a little refurbishment, there was a comfortable clean bed, plenty of hot water and a nice glass of local vino tinto carried up to my bedroom for me. I didn't eat dinner. I was too tired but the breakfast was adequate, consisting of cold orange juice, a large, strong cup of cafe con leche and a hot tostada with butter and jams. There was also a little basket of treats: chocolate biscuits and a couple of small cakes which I must confess I took for my lunch. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The receptionist, barwoman, breakfast maker was very friendly and helpful. The village is lovely. Lots of very old buildings made of yellow stone and a maze of little tiny narrow streets.”
